Guidelines for Applicants

Grant Applications can be use the sample on our  application page for grant requests.  Completed grant applications and any accompanying documents can be sent via US Postal Service or by email.  (Email is preferred)

Deadline:

Applications are due June 30th for our annual grant cycle starting July 1st.

By US Postal:

Send 4 complete copies: cover sheet, proposal and attachments to the following address:

Binders or folders are accepted.
